Once we know what the car needs, you get the price broken down, part by part, before any work starts. Nothing gets done without your yes.
Do you work on my make?
Almost certainly. We work on domestic, European, Japanese and Korean cars, SUVs and light trucks: Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Ram, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Lexus, Acura, Land Rover and more. Not sure about yours? Call and ask.
Can I wait, or get a ride?
Both. Our waiting area has free Wi-Fi, coffee and refreshments. For longer jobs we offer a shuttle or a loaner vehicle; ask when you book. You can also use our after-hours drop-off and we will call you with what we find.
Do I need an appointment?
It helps, but you do not have to. Request a time on this site or call, and we'll text you right away to lock it in. We are open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Need to drop off before or after hours? We offer after-hours drop-off; call and we will tell you how it works.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our technicians are certified and keep training as cars change. John explains the work himself, and our Google reviews say the same thing over and over: honest, clear and no upselling.
What areas do you serve?
We are at 8401 Terminal Rd, Unit G in Lorton, a few minutes off I-95 at the Lorton Road exit. Drivers come to us from Lorton, Woodbridge, Springfield, Fairfax Station, Newington, Occoquan and Mason Neck.
